A bug has been detected which damage the display of this site. The main section becomes to be left aligned, despite of the header. I n order to improve site exhibition you must to apply the compatibility mode, by clicking on the icon at the right of the address bar (IE8 - icon of sheet split in two) or by selecting the menu "Tools - Compatibility mode". The origin of this error remains unknown.
